My recent payment was just declined. How do I resolve this?

If your recent payment decline was due to a temporary hold, our system will attempt to make another payment within the next 2-3 days.

If you need to update your account with a new card, simply go to Account Settings. Right below your Subscription Plan is your card information field. Click 'Update' to enter a new card on file. Your payment will be processed as soon as you save your changes.

If you cancelled your account after your payment was declined, remember that cancellations are valid towards your next renewal date. This means that your payment for the month is still due, and that another payment will be attempted.
