How come my email address isn't being validated for my free access?

Free access is only valid for active monthly YogaWorks Live members, including converted monthly and annual studio memberships.
REMINDER: MyYogaWorks requires creating a separate account on You MUST use the same email associated with your membership.
This discount will not be valid if:
-You purchased a 3rd party deal such as Groupon, ClassPass, or a bundle of class packages through YogaWorks
-You put a freeze or suspension on your YogaWorks Live/former studio membership
-You terminated your membership
