If you're getting this error message upon trying to apply a promo code to your new or existing subscription, it could be that:
1. You have not selected the correct subscription plan. For example, some of our codes are only valid for the yearly subscription, so you just need to select the $150/year plan prior to applying that particular promo code. The same applies to our month-to-month and 6-month subscriptions.
2. You have already redeemed this promotion and are no longer eligible to receive that same deal.
3. The promo code expired. Please be sure you check the redeem-by date from wherever you received this code.
