We recommend using the most updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We do not recommend Internet Explorer. You can also try clearing your cache on your browser, and try streaming again.
If the issue persists, the next best thing would be to try streaming on a different device if available. Please ensure that the device is updated to its most recent version of software if possible.
