When I try to watch a video, I'm only seeing a blank screen.

If the video player on a class is displaying a blank screen or not playing at all, it may be a result of device or browser incompatibility with MyYogaWorks' video platform. 

With that specific occurrence, we recommend:

  1. Ensuring that you are using the most updated versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We do not recommend Internet Explorer.
  2. Clearing the cache on your browser, and trying to stream again.

To determine if this is occurring across devices or browsers, we'd also recommend trying to stream myyogaworks.com on a different computer, mobile device, or tablet if available.
