If the video player on a class is displaying a blank screen or not playing at all, it may be a result of device or browser incompatibility with MyYogaWorks' video platform.
With that specific occurrence, we recommend:
- Ensuring that you are using the most updated versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We do not recommend Internet Explorer.
- Clearing the cache on your browser, and trying to stream again.
To determine if this is occurring across devices or browsers, we'd also recommend trying to stream myyogaworks.com on a different computer, mobile device, or tablet if available.
