We highly recommend that you consult with your physician during all stages of pregnancy to see if a yoga practice is appropriate for you. Many pregnant students find yoga during pregnancy to be a great way to stay in shape, while preparing for birth and motherhood.
We have a wide range of prenatal classes as well as a Journey to Birth series taught by teachers with extensive training and expertise in prenatal yoga. Our prenatal teachers will show you how to modify your practice for each stage of pregnancy, and even how to use yoga to mitigate some of the discomforts that may accompany your pregnancy. However, every person is different and every pregnancy is different, so make sure you listen to your body as well as your doctor.
