Can I start my practice if I'm out of shape or uncoordinated?

Yes, absolutely! We do not believe in a "one size fits all method". Yoga is flexible and adaptable to most needs.

Start by trying our level 1 classes (especially the Yoga 101 Journey Series), which is comprised of short tutorials on individual poses. Even when you’re ready to move on to longer or more advanced classes, our teachers will show you modifications so you can approach even the most advanced posture, and eventually master it!
