Why do the videos stop abruptly, or ask me to subscribe?

If you are experiencing buffering issues where the classes are stopping or not loading, it may be a result of your Internet connection. With slow buffering, we recommended pre-loading the video prior to beginning your practice. This can be done by starting and pausing the video so that it begins loading (indicated by the transparent green bar on the video player) prior to practicing.

If you are being prompted to subscribe, this could be because:

  1. You are not logged in to have access to all videos. There are a number of videos on the site, which are labeled as "Free" and can be played in their entirety without being logged in. Otherwise, videos are only available in a short preview mode for users who have not yet subscribed to MyYogaWorks.
  2. Your account is expired and needs to be reactivated to continue enjoying your online practice. If your account is expired, this will be indicated with a red banner at the top of your logged in page, or in your Account Settings page.
