When I try to sign in, it says that my email is invalid.

If you receive an error message stating 'INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS', this means that the specific email you are trying to sign in with is not associated with your subscription. 

Please try to sign in with a different email address you may have subscribed with, or feel free to reach out if you still cannot access your account. It is also likely that you subscribed with a typo in your email address, which we can also assist you with.
